Explore your relationship with food, and decide with kinds of things you want to cultivate in the next month in terms of food, nutrition, mindful eating and your overall relationship with food.

By the end of the class, you'll decide on something you can try as an action step to shift eating habits away from mindless eating to mindful eating, so you can build healthier habits that support your goals.

You can't change everything in a day. But small, incremental changes over time are 100% possible.

We get more of what we focus on. So if you're focusing on being more mindful with your eating, you'll start to see changes.
