A calming 30-minute guided coloring session using a printable off-set mandala. You’ll reflect on and choose your Word of the Year through gentle prompts, with plenty of suggested words and space to honour a word that feels right for the kind of year you want to create.


A 20-minute guided coloring experience using a simple, printable compass design. You’ll explore one powerful question: what do you need? Listening to the answer is where self care begins and helps you follow your inner compass and honour what truly supports you.


In this 24-minute guided session, you’ll choose from three variations, using your printable mandala as a simple, visual progress tracker. Think of it like a reflective, creative sticker chart that helps you stay motivated and easily see how you’re moving toward your goals.
