In this session (1 hour 45 min), you'll:
-Tap into the things that can help you to feel calm and learn ways to draw on that energy more often
-Do a powerful visualization and learn how to use that visualization as an anchor to remind you that you're in control, whenever you need to take a pause in stressful times
-Complete a drawing, using Neurographica and then be able to use that drawing as a visual reminder of what's most important for you to tune in to, when things start getting in the way of your calm, peaceful energy, so you can more quickly find your way back to your Self

Awesome session!
Krystal is an outstanding facilitator, making the process feel so calming and meditative. She obviously has a genuine passion for neurographica and a strong understanding of the process. She allowed lots of time for emotional processing and self-reflection, which felt really therapeutic. Although the benefits of the process outweigh the final product, I have created artwork that I will proudly display!
