Connecting with CALM (Using Neurographica Drawing)

Session 1 from "A Journey Back to Your Self"

Relief for the mental load you're carrying, and a body that finally feels calm again.

✔️This is for you if...
  •  You're carrying more than you're saying out loud, and you'd like somewhere to put some of it down for an hour or so
  • You know what usually brings you calm, but you're too busy or too depleted to actually do it consistently
  • You've never done Neurographica drawing before (no art skills needed — you'll be guided through every step) and enjoy the idea of processing thoughts visually (in a low pressure way)

✖️ This isn't for you if...
  • You're looking for a fast productivity hack or a to-do system — this drawing experience is the opposite of that
  • You want group discussion or coaching in the moment — this experience is a previously recorded session (not live)

What you'll walk away with:

A finished drawing that's just for you

Something you can put somewhere you'll see it (your fridge works fine) as a reminder of whatever came up for you

A specific, personal insight about what genuinely brings you calm

Not a generic tip - something that came FROM you, FOR you

A body that's noticeably different than when you started

Looser shoulders, a slower breath, an actual felt shift, not just an idea of one

A built-in reminder for next time you're stressed

The drawing becomes a shortcut back to this feeling, so when things get chaotic again, you have something to return to

Nothing to get "right." Along the way, there's space to notice how your body's feeling and to get whatever's in your head down on paper. It's quiet, guided time - just you, your drawing, and permission to slow down for 90 minutes.

Why this works

When we get busy, it's easy to lose track of the things that actually bring us calm — not because we don't know what they are, but because we're too busy doing everything else to remember to reach for them.

This session isn't about learning something new about calm. It's about building the pathway back to what you already know brings it, so when stress shows up, you have somewhere to go instead of just pushing through.

What's included:

Instant access to the drawing experience

Giving you just under 2 hours to focus on you (you can do it all at once or in 2-3 sittings - whatever works for your schedule)

Getting Ready to Draw

You'll see the supplies list, plus a few helpful drawing tips to help you feel more successful

"After Drawing" Suggestions

These simple suggestions, plus a short list of journal prompts can help you go deeper with the session, in the weeks that follow

Journey Back to Your "Self"

This drawing experience is actually the first session of the full 8-part Journey Back to Yourself experience that was previously recorded.

If you like the "Calm" session, consider joining Permission to Play to take advantage of the full 8
session journey, which is included in the Permission to Play membership price which is only $37 CAD month (please note PTP price is increasing to $47 month at the end of August -so now is the perfect time to join).

Note: A Journey Back to Your "Self" draws on the 8 C's of Internal Family Systems, but you don't need to know anything about IFS for these drawings .

Awesome session!

Krystal is an outstanding facilitator, making the process feel so calming and meditative. She obviously has a genuine passion for neurographica and a strong understanding of the process. She allowed lots of time for emotional processing and self-reflection, which felt really therapeutic. Although the benefits of the process outweigh the final product, I have created artwork that I will proudly display!
