Nope! Neurographica is an intuitive drawing method that blends creativity with mindfulness and personal growth. You don’t need any art experience—just an open mind and a marker.
Super simple: paper, a black marker, and some colored pencils or highlighters. That’s it. No fancy art store runs required.
Ohhh, my friend, you’re in the right place. Neurographica isn’t about making “pretty” art - that's a bonus. It’s about letting go, processing emotions, listening to yourself, getting curious, and seeing where the lines take you. Usually it leads to insights, and feeling inspired to take action based on your new perspective. There are no mistakes—only discoveries (and I'm a perfectionist, so I get it).
Most classes are 1.5-2 hours depending on the drawing we're doing. Some are simpler to explain than others. And remember, you can always go at your own pace and then catch up when you watch the replay.
Great question! I'm online a lot. I get it.
There are a lot of self-care trends out there. But Neurographica is different because it rewires the way you think, through drawing lines and shapes, applying color, and doing inner reflection throughout the process. It’s not just a calming practice though it is calming at times—it’s transformational.
It's been around since 2014 and is only growing in popularity. (Can it be called a trend if it's still around after more than a decade?)
Absolutely.
Neurographica helps you listen to what's actually going on for you, shift your mindset, and unlock new perspectives. My clients have said it's like meditation with your eyes open and definitely helps manage stress.
No problem! I love replays for many reasons. Live is great if you can get there, because sometimes it makes it more likely you'll do it. For me, when I'm committed, I'll always do the replay, because with work, I can't always get to the lives - even when I want to.
It's true that the workshops are live, but the entire course is live, too. Meaning you'll be able to ask me questions, and participate in a community with others also doing the course.
I'll be checking in to see how things are going each week and to help you with accountability, to stick with the course and make progress with your self-care.
Yes and no, but mostly no. I designed them to make sense in their current sequence, but if you missed class 1, there's no reason why you couldn't come to class 2 even if you didn't do the replay yet. You don't need the first class to do the second.
I totally get wanting to know you’re making a good investment. For this course, I'm offering a 30 day refund from the day you purchase. If it's not for you - no worries. Just reach out through email and let me know.
First off, I am a trained teacher and have been in the classroom for almost 20 years. Part of my current assignment is teaching visual arts. I have a Masters of Education in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment which helps me plan the classes in the simplest way possible.
I became certified as a professional life coach back in 2020 and also became certified through ICF (which is the gold standard for coaches, since it's an unlicensed field).
I completed the Basic User training and then got my Neurographica Specialist training last year and since then have integrated Neurographica into my coaching practice with folks who are interested in more creative coaching, and through delivering workshops in person and online.
