The videos are optional but highly recommended if you've never drawn Neurographica before.
They're super short - we're talking 15 minutes all in - and are there for you to gain a little familiarity and confidence with the process so you can dive right into the 1:1 session.
That familiarity with how to draw the lines and round the corners, means you'll be able to focus your energy more easily on processing what's bothering you during the 1:1 call and possible next steps rather than wondering if you're drawing correctly.
Neurographica is an intuitive drawing method that blends creativity with mindfulness and personal growth.
You don’t need any art experience—just an open mind and a marker.
As a Neurographica Specialist and your coach, I'll guide you through a special type of drawing to help you release stress and also process those things that are stressing you out, helping you look for resources and next steps to move forward.
Super simple: paper, a black marker, pen, and some colored pencils or highlighters. That’s it. No fancy art store runs required.
I get it, but Neurographica isn’t about making “pretty” art - although lots of times we do really like how our drawings look.
It’s about letting go, processing emotions, listening to yourself, getting curious, and seeing where the lines take you. Usually it leads to insights, and feeling inspired to take action based on your new perspective. There are no mistakes—only discoveries (and I'm a perfectionist, so I get this feeling, completely).
Approx. 90 minutes, though that does depend on how quickly or slowly you draw, if you have questions about the process at the beginning etc.
Great question! And I'm online and so I get it -there are a lot of self-care trends out there. But Neurographica is different because it rewires the way you think, through drawing lines and shapes, applying color, and reflection. It’s not just calming—it’s transformational. It's been around since 2014 and is only growing - can it be called a trend if it's still around after more than a decade?
In my experience, YES. It's what the algorithm I'll show you is designed to do.
Will the stress completely disappear? Probably not in a single drawing (sorry!)
But the goal is to feel a bit lighter about the situation, and motivated with what to do next.
Neurographica drawing helps you listen to what's actually going on for you, shift your mindset, and unlock new perspectives. My clients have said it's like meditation with your eyes open and definitely helps manage stress and the process itself can be really calming.
The beauty of offering limited 1:1 sessions is that I have flexibility with scheduling them during the month.
If you want to purchase a session, but want to lock in a certain day/time first:
1. Simply reach out: hello@krystalmillscoaching.com to let me know
2. Give me your top THREE days/times (make sure to include your time zone)
3. I'll get back to you and confirm that I'm holding your preferred date, so you can purchase knowing you're set to go with a time that suits your schedule
If you don't reach out before you purchase:
In the email you receive upon registering for the session (with access details to the class platform and the getting started materials) I'll be asking you to reply with your top three dates/times/time zone to get you scheduled in asap. Easy! Just make sure to check all your folders, if you don't see my message immediately.
This session uses the Algorithm for Removing Limitations.
I don't offer refunds for this 1:1 session, because of the nature of coaching and the time required for the session.
However, if something comes up and you're not able to commit to the 1:1 session you purchased for December, I will hold your session until January, allowing you to reschedule - no problem.
