Inspired by recent hikes in the woods and witnessing the trees courageously shedding their leaves, this Neurographica drawing class is aimed at giving you the space to explore and release what's no longer serving you.
No need to wait for the new year and a fresh start - now is the perfect time for reflection and to release and renew, as you move into your next season - one full of new opportunities.
In this Neurographica drawing class, you'll consider things in your life you want to let go of - literally or energetically. Something you're ready to release to make space for new possibilities and what's next.
A belief?
A bad habit?
A relationship?
A mindset?
Financial decisions?
Perfectionism?
People pleasing?
Negative self-talk?
Or maybe it's actual stuff - like clothes that don't fit anymore or general clutter that's taking up physical and mental space and weighing you down every time you walk by it.
This online Neurographica drawing class will give you the time and space to focus on what you want to let go of, what you want to shed right now.
Let's let go and open up space for exciting new opportunities and welcoming in what's next.

Nope! Neurographica is an intuitive drawing method that blends creativity with mindfulness and personal growth. You don’t need any art experience—just an open mind and a marker. Don't worry if you don't consider yourself creative. I'll guide you through each step of the drawing process and remember, the drawing is just what we're using to allow your brain to process your thoughts. It's way more about the process than the finished product.
Super simple: paper, a black marker, and some colored pencils, markers/highlighters. That’s it. No fancy art store runs required.
Ohhh, friend, you’re in the right place. Neurographica isn’t about making “pretty” art - that's a bonus. It’s about letting go, processing emotions, listening to yourself, getting curious, and seeing where the lines take you. Usually it leads to insights, and feeling inspired to take action based on your new perspective. There are no mistakes—only discoveries (and I'm a perfectionist, so I get it).
I will say, it's like anything else.
You'll get better and more confident with each drawing. If you don't love your first drawing - you can still get great results from it - usually the message/insight has to do with perfectionism itself.
Neurographica is a wonderful practice for working through perfectionism.
It will be 1.5-2 hours and if you're catching the live, there'll be time to share and ask questions after the workshop.
There will also be a bonus if anyone wants to stick around after the class to style their piece along with me. Not everyone will have time for that live, though, so I make it optional. This bonus time will be shared in the replay, too. And so you'll actually get about 2-2.5 hours of live/recorded content when you register for this class.
And of course, you can watch the replay more than once, getting even more value from the class.
Great question! I really don't think so because Neurographica is a process that rewires the way you think through drawing lines and shapes, applying color, and reflection. It’s not just calming—it’s transformational. It is an amazing practice to build mindfulness and it's been around since 2014 and is only growing.
Can it be called a "trend" if it's still around after more than a decade? I don't think so.
100%. It helps you listen to what's actually going on for you, shift your mindset, and unlock new perspectives. My clients have said it's like meditation with your eyes open and definitely helps manage stress.
I will say, sometimes uncomfortable emotions DO come up, because Neurographica is also about trying to get a shift - not just feeling calmer. And trying to make changes in your life isn't always stress-free, obviously.
So, many parts of the Neurographica process build mindfulness and can be very calming and reduce stress - but there will also be parts that challenge and push you, to get more of the things you want.
Of course! And, I suggest you do the drawing more than once. The first time, you may be trying to listen, follow along and draw each step and it can be harder to focus on the theme of your drawing. The second time, it's easier to relax into the process because you're familiar with what's coming next.
I don't offer a refund for these live classes, because of the digital nature of the content delivery.
